Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our store. Carrier transit time begins after processing.
Domestic Shipping
- Orders under $50: $5.99 standard shipping
- Orders from $50 through $74.99: $7.99 standard shipping
- Orders of $75 or more: Free standard shipping
Free shipping applies automatically to eligible U.S. orders; no code is required.
Local Delivery and Store Pickup
Same-day local delivery is available for eligible addresses for $25 when offered at checkout. In-store pickup is available for eligible in-stock items at 10025 Lorain Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44111. Wait for your pickup-ready notification before visiting the store.
International Shipping
International carrier shipping is available to selected countries. Available services and rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other destination charges. International delivery times vary by country and carrier.
Tracking, Delays, and Address Changes
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation or visit our order-tracking page. Carrier delays can occur after a package leaves our store. If tracking appears stalled, the package is marked delivered but cannot be found, or you entered the wrong address, contact us as soon as possible so we can help review the available options. Address changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
