Scrubs Galore Uniforms Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your new uniforms. If for any reason your order isn’t a perfect fit, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the order’s delivery date.

  • Clearance, sale, or custom-embroidered items are final sale and cannot be returned.

🔄 Exchanges (Free Processing)

  • Exchanges are free to process — you can swap for a different size, color, or style
  •  (if available).
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping label.
  • If we shipped the wrong size, color, or a damaged/incorrect item, we’ll cover the return label.
  • If your requested exchange is out of stock, you’ll receive store credit.

 

💳 Returns (Store Credit Only)

  • Returns are issued as store credit only — no cash refunds.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A pre-paid return label can be generated through our Return Portal, and the cost will be deducted from your store credit.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • We pay: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • You pay: For all other returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

    $10 flat return shipping fee applies (waived if Scrubs Galore is at fault).


    📝 How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Return Portal in the drop-down menu on our website.
  2. Select your return or exchange option.
  3. Print your shipping label (if applicable).
