Do you offer Refunds or Exchanges?

At Scrubs Galore Uniforms, we want you 100% happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your Scrubs Galore purchase, we have a 7-day exchange and store credit-only policy. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds!

To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We do not offer return labels at this time.

Shipping and handling charges are non -non-refundable

How Do I Track My Order?

You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number to track your package. Please make sure the email used for purchase is correct, if an error is made please contact us within 24 hours contact us at sales@scrubsgaloreuniforms.com

Do You Ship Internationally?

At this time, Scrubs Galore Uniforms does not currently ship orders outside of the United States.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item or size so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

We offer priority mail shipping via USPS.

Once an order is processed, your order will ship out in 1-2 business days. 

Order(s) made over the weekend will ship out the upcoming business day, we do not ship orders over the weekend!
