Online orders: request an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery. In-store purchases: request it within 14 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have tags attached. We do not issue cash refunds. A $7 return-shipping fee applies to mailed returns unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

If your size/color is in stock, we’ll swap it. If it’s out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or let you switch for another item of equal value — your choice.
