14-Day Return Window
- Online orders: Start your request within 14 calendar days of delivery.
- In-store purchases: Return the item within 14 calendar days of purchase.
Exchange or Store Credit Only
Eligible items may be exchanged for another available size, color, or style, or issued as store credit. We do not provide cash refunds.
Item Requirements
- Unworn, unwashed, free from odors, and in original condition
- All original tags attached
- Proof of purchase or order number provided
- Clearance, items marked final sale, and custom-embroidered items are not eligible
Sale-priced items remain eligible unless they are specifically marked final sale.
Return Shipping
A $7 flat return-shipping fee applies to mailed returns and exchanges. The fee is waived when Scrubs Galore Uniforms caused the issue, including an item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Eligible in-store returns do not have a return-shipping fee.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Visit the Return Portal within the applicable 14-day window.
- Enter your order information and select the eligible item.
- Choose an exchange or store credit and follow the instructions provided.
- For mailed returns, use the return label supplied through the portal.
