📦 Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.

🚚 COVID-19 Notice

Due to ongoing carrier delays caused by COVID-19, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery in rare cases.
If you're unable to wait this long, we recommend holding off on your order until normal shipping resumes.

📧 Order Confirmation

  • A confirmation email is sent immediately after your purchase.

  • A separate shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent within 24–48 hours after processing.

🔐 Delivery & Tracking

  • All orders include tracking numbers for real-time shipment updates.

  • Signature may be required at delivery to confirm receipt.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once in the hands of the shipping carrier.

  • If your package is lost, you must file a claim with the carrier directly. We do not reimburse for shipping-related losses.

📬 Split Shipments
